Delivery terms and pricing

The products in stock are sent to the customer within 2 days of the order. With made-to-order products, the delivery time is longer , because we almost always have to order the materials before we can get to production.You can check the delivery times for each product in the online store's product information.

 

We do not keep precious metals or, for example, diamonds or other precious stones in stock, they are only ordered after the order has been received.  ​

 

The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product at the time of ordering in the online store. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order e.g. if there are changes in the availability of the product or if there is a clear price error in the pricing of the product (e.g. if the price of the product is missing). 

Return conditions

If you want to return or exchange a piece of jewelry, here are our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. The jewelry must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging and in a condition similar to new. Custom-made jewelry and personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. The same applies to rings made to a special size (under 15 or over 20mm for women, under 17 and over 22mm for men's rings). Engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.


Conditions for returning the product

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition. If the product is not in the original, like-new condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.


Changing the ring size

If the ring you ordered is not completely suitable, please contact us by email or phone first. We can customize the ring slightly smaller or larger. We offer one free ​​resizing when the resizing is half size  (+/-0.5 size). In case of size changes, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the jewelry. One ring size change is free of charge when the ring is sent in perfect and like-new condition within 30 days of the customer receiving the product.

If the delivery is incorrect, the product is defective or the product is broken during delivery, the customer must immediately notify Ainua Jewerly either by e-mail info (a) ainua.fi or

by calling +358 41 3189182.

Warranty

The jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty for clear manufacturing defects, such as soldering failure. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear-related issues, nor does it cover the loss of diamonds or other gemstones, or theft. The warranty does not apply to defects that are deemed to have resulted from careless handling of the jewelry or damages caused by wearing the jewelry during mechanically intensive work. For example, if a ring is worn while handling hard tools or in situations where the jewelry is subjected to impacts.

 

In all cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product, including warranty claims.

Information is provided by the customer himself when orders are placed in the online store. Name and contact information updates can also be obtained from authorities and companies offering update services if necessary.
Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

Disclosure of information
Ainua Jewelry can use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Ainua Jewelry  can hand over information from the customer register to operators who have entered into a cooperation agreement with Ainua Jewelry for the purpose of delivering customer orders or processing customer data. Ainua Jewelry collaborators do not use the information for other purposes and do not disclose the information to third parties. Ainua Jewelry can hand over customer data to the authorities within the limits permitted and required by current legislation. Information is not transferred outside the EU or EEA to companies that do not operate in accordance with the EU data protection regulation.
